- Exams will be held online on the AYVA platform on Sunday, May 7, 2023.
    - FIZ 101(E) will start at 13:00.
    - FIZ 102(E) will start at 10:00.

- There is one corresponding CRN for each course code on the AYVA platform. They are as follows

- You may test the AYVA platform by logging in https://ayva.itu.edu.tr/ and then you may attempt to the test exam to get used to the platform. (The exam is now visible but you can attempt the exam between April 6th and pdf file with AYVA screenshots is also attachedMay 5th. A pdf file with AYVA screenshots is also attached.)

- The Exam grade is calculated by subtracting one quarter of the number of wrong answers from the number of correct answers. In the case of negative results, the grade is considered zero. 

- Each question can be viewed only once in the exam. It is not possible to return to a passed question.

- The student who experiences connection issues (disconnection) during the exam due to technical problems (e.g., internet or power cut) can continue his/her exam where he/she left off if he/she re-joins to the exam during the exam period. 

- In the case of a broken web page where there is a missing question or button, it is recommended to reload the web page.  

- It is recommended to use a computer and the latest version of Chrome web browser to prevent display problems.

- If cheating and behaviors that do not comply with the student stance are detected within the scope of the exam, the exams of the students who take the relevant action will be deemed invalid and action will be taken against them in accordance with Article 54 of the Higher Education Law No. 2547.

- Make sure that the automatic translation feature, which can be found in some browsers, is turned off in order not to cause unwanted translations.
